On prime Denver real estate one block from the famed 16th Street Mall in the heart of downtown, the Denver Grand Hyatt is once again ready to welcome guests into its newly gleaming spaces. The $28 million renovation project introduces 516 plush new guestrooms, a color palate reflective of the Rocky Mountain landscape, and Spock-worthy technology details that include energy-efficient lighting with movement sensors that direct beams of light along the floor. Ergonomic seating, leather accents and extra temperature control panels at bedside contribute to the sense of cozy luxury.
Not all of the new features are located beneath the roof: Atop the Grand Hyatt is Denver’s only outdoor rooftop workout facility, Skycourt. Features include jogging tracks, tennis courts, workout stations and shuffleboard — and arguably some of the best scenery in town. Rounding out the refurbishment are an expansive conference center, and the fabulous 38th floor Pinnacle Club, completely surrounded by windows offering unparalleled views of the Rocky Mountains’ Front Range peaks.
