Customizable in-room cuisine and hearty flavors specific to the Lone Star State are the order of the day at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.
The hotel’s new in-room dining menu features the addition popular Texas selections including Texas grapefruit brûlée, chilaquiles with smoked short rib hash, elk sausage corn dogs with Dr Pepper barbecue sauce and Texas pecan pie.
The hotel’s in-room dining menu also allows guests to design their own entrées. For example, guests select from a variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables, condiments and vegetarian options to create a customized burger. Pasta lovers can opt to mix and match flavors, choosing from selection of meats, sauces, cheeses, pasta and toppings.
“We highly value the input of guests who choose to dine in their rooms,” said Chris Southwick, executive chef and director of food and beverage, The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. “These guests exemplify a growing trend toward customization and local appeal in in-room dining.”
