Cunard recently announced an exclusive partnership with two-Michelin-starred Chef Michel Roux, who will work alongside the cruise line’s culinary development chefs to create the gala menu for the Queens Grill restaurant on the new Queen Anne. Additionally, Roux will craft a new menu for Golden Lion pub fleet-wide. The pub menu will see Roux reimagine guest favorites, rolling out first on Queen Anne in May 2024 before reaching the rest of the fleet later in the year.

“It is an absolute privilege to be working with Cunard’s hugely talented and passionate culinary development chefs as we countdown to the launch of their newest ship Queen Anne,” said Michel Roux. “For me, there is no better recipe than blending high quality ingredients with elegant execution to create unforgettable experiences for diners, and I am incredibly excited to showcase our elevated, reimagined pub classics to Cunard guests very soon.”

Four additional dining experiences for Queen Anne were also recently unveiled: Aji Wa, Aranya, Sir Samuels and Tramonto. Aji Wa will serve creative Japanese cuisine influenced by the seasons, with sushi and a special Omikase “chef’s choice” tasting menu. Aranya boasts an Indian menu in a multisensory experience, while Sir Samuels will serve the best of British and Australian beef and seafood. Tramonto will feature a Mediterranean menu of fresh flavors.
