Award-winning Dutch hotel and lifestyle company citizenM announced the arrival of six new hotels in 2022, taking its total number of hotels to 30 across North America, Europe and Asia. These six new hotels will maintain citizenM’s goal of providing luxury stays at an affordable price.

Five of the six hotels will be in the United States. Two of the hotels will grace Miami, Florida, beginning with citizenM Miami Brickell. This hotel will have a vibrant façade and artwork by Miami-born and -raised artist Jen Stark will adorn the walls of the 252-room hotel. The Miami Brickell will also include eight societyM meeting rooms and a rooftop pool and bar. The other Miami location, citizenM Miami World Center, will contain 351 rooms in the heart of the business and financial part of the city. In addition to a rooftop pool and bar, this hotel will include a series of sculptures along the exterior by FriendsWithYou, a Los Angeles-based art collaboration between Samuel Borkson and Arturo Sandoval III.

CitizenM will also open its newest hotels in Washington, D.C., Seattle and Chicago. This will be Chicago’s first citizenM property. The hotel brand also travels across the sea to open its fourth hotel in London. The citizenM London Victoria Station sits just steps from Buckingham Palace and Tate Britain and provides easy access to transport links within Greater London and Gatwick Airport.
