Brussels Airlines is making Belgium travel easier with a new year-round route from Washington, D.C. (IAD).
Previously, Brussels Airlines served Washington, D.C.–Brussels (BRU) on a seasonal basis. Now, the route operates four times weekly for the first month of service. At the end of March, the operation will commence daily.
Brussels Airlines operates the route with Airbus A330-200 aircraft. The plane has 22 business-class seats, 21 premium-economy seats and 212 economy seats.
“North America continues to be one of our most important global regions and Brussels Airlines’ increased flight capacity clearly reflects the Lufthansa Group’s strong commitment to the U.S. market,” said Frank Naeve, vice president of sales, the Americas, Lufthansa Group.
