It’s crazy this is my third blog in a row writing about a bachelorette trip, but here I am! This was my third and final bachelorette trip of the year, and it took place in Denver, a new city for me. I was looking forward to exploring.

Although I was flying solo, a couple of the other girls, including the bride, landed around the same time, so they waited for me so we could Uber together. The other girls at the house were decorating and weren’t ready for the bride yet, so we made a pit stop at the bar down the street to distract her while they finished.

When we got to the house, we were greeted by glasses of prosecco and were ready to get the weekend started. The first night, since everyone was still getting in, we decided to order dinner to the house and get to know each other better. Later that nigh the bride got her second wind and wanted to go out, so we all got dressed and headed out to explore the bar scene. It was a great kick off to the weekend.

The next day we had a full day of activities planned. We got up early to go to Red Rocks to check out the amphitheater and do a little hike. After the hike some of us went to get mimosas while another group went back to the house to shower for our afternoon activity.

In the afternoon we had a pedal pub tour where we biked around the city and stopped at a couple bars. It was a great way to explore the city and check out more of the local bar scene. Later that night we were going to the Rockies game, so the pedal pub tour guide was able to drop us off right outside the stadium. As a baseball fan, I was excited to watch the game and see a new stadium, even if the Rockies weren’t playing the Phillies that day. After a Rockies win, we weren’t ready to let the night end, so we went back to one of our favorite bars from the day before.

Saturday started with brunch and games at the house before heading out to do an Escape Room. We were a little nervous, and it took us a bit to figure it out; but after working together, we were able to escape with seven minutes left. After that, we had a dinner reservation at Happy Camper, a trendy pizza place with fun drinks, a lively outdoor space and good vibes. We enjoyed it so much we decided to hang out there for a while before heading back out to the bars for some line dancing and fun.

My flight on Sunday was at 6 a.m.; so knowing I had to be up early, I said my goodbyes to everyone and headed to bed. It was a great weekend filled with fun and new friends.
