As a leader in sustainable hospitality, Post Ranch Inn utilized its background in holistic wellness (backed by science) to develop a non-toxic, self-disinfecting, sustainable cleaning and disinfection solution, Premium Purity. The solution, developed by Denmark-based company ACT.Global, is a novel approach by the Inn as it is exclusive to the property, thus far.

Premium Purity is a two-step process: First, the hotel applies the non-toxic ACT CleanCoat to all indoor surfaces exposed to light, making them self-disinfecting via photocatalysis, which decomposes microorganisms, including harmful bacteria, molds, viruses and VOCs. This first process makes the surface antimicrobial and helps produce cleaner air for up to 12 months after application. The first step alone makes surfaces more active in fighting off germs.

Second, ECA Water (a combination water and salt that is electrically charged) is applied to surfaces, acting as an all-in-one sustainable cleaning solution, further disinfecting and protecting. Sounds like a lot? It is; read more here.
