Andaz Mexico City Condesa makes its debut in Mexico City this December, making it the first urban Andaz property in Mexico and the second Andaz property in the country. The new hotel, located in the historic Conjunto Aristos complex, will fully immerse guests in the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

Housed in a Mexico City Heritage Site, Andaz Mexico City Condesa celebrates local culture by pairing the laid-back vibes of the Condesa neighborhood with luxury standards expected from the Andaz brand. With 213 residentially inspired guestrooms and suites, guests enjoy an array of engaging amenities, from in-room record players to vinyl collections that can be exchanged in the lobby library.

Other hotel highlights include a spa with unique, signature wellness rituals; a 17^th-floor rooftop pool; a beauty salon; and fitness center. Cabuya Rooftop restaurant and bar hopes to meet guests’ standards by extending Mexico City’s reputation as a culinary capital through its own dishes and drinks. The restaurant and bar will serve a Baja- and Yucatan-inspired seafood and plant-based menu in a relaxed, bohemian environment. The pet-friendly Wooftop Bar welcomes guests and their furry friends to enjoy the indoor/outdoor beer garden and members-only dog park. On the hotel’s ground floor, Derba Matha Bar features an all-day café, workspace and lobby lounge option.

For meetings, the hotel boasts more than 12,600 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting spaces, with three breakout rooms, an auditorium and a glass-ceiling ballroom for up to 700 guests. The ballroom also includes customizable LED technology and an adjoining terrace.
