Say goodbye to the days of spouses getting mad at one another when one spends too much time golfing, leaving the vacation a bust. One inn doing away with this issue is Temecula Creek Inn, in Temecula Valley Wine Country, California. This inn offers a getaway catering to both golfers and wine lovers. Guests can enjoy a golf-and-wine-country weekend featuring morning tee times and afternoon wine tastings.

Golfers can enjoy a full round at the resort’s 27-hole championship golf course or choose speed golf in the morning. They will walk or jog the course with a limited number of clubs in order to finish in record time.

Once it hits afternoon, it’s time to explore Temecula Valley Wine Country, featuring more than 50 wineries within a short distance. The trip is perfect for couples and group getaways where golf may be a small part but not the main focus of the vacation.

Of course, guests can still choose to split up and send golfers to the golf course while the rest winery hop, followed by a group link up later in the evening at the resort’s on-site restaurant Corkfire Kitchen.

Even more enticing, Temecula Creek Inn recently went through a multimillion-dollar guestroom renovation to provide guests with upgraded amenities and comforts.

High-Spirited Hong Kong: The Dynamic Hub Embraces Its Maritime History and Culture

It was known as the “Kai Tak heart attack” — the thrilling, terrifying final approach into Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Airport. Airliners were required to bank sharply at the last moment, dodging hills and apartment blocks to line up with a runway jutting out into Kowloon Bay. The airport is long gone, but international visitors are arriving at Kai Tak again, albeit more sedately. Their cruise ships dock smoothly at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, a modern gateway designed by Sir Norman Foster.

Why Japan Is Best Explored by Sea with Princess

Japan is a destination that rewards repeat visits because no two regions — or seasons —  feel quite the same. One moment, you’re wandering through centuries-old geisha districts in Kanazawa. The next, you’re watching neon reflections dance across Tokyo streets long after midnight.

The Art of Balance in Seoul: Beyond the Boardroom

The value of a destination is no longer defined solely by infrastructure, efficiency or scale. Increasingly, it is measured by a city’s ability to balance productivity with well-being — creating opportunities for focus, restoration and more meaningful connections.
