Have you ever had the urge to wake up and dance? Well, now you can with Daybreaker. Daybreaker is an early-morning dance movement currently in 22 cities around the globe, with new locations added all the time. The event starts with a one-hour yoga class followed by an open dance party that lasts for two hours, all before your work day begins! The best part is these events are themed, so get ready to put your best outfit on.

I was able to attend Daybreaker LA that was themed Through Time and Space. Let’s just say attendees did not disappoint with creativity. There were NASA suits, space helmets and even tin-foil-crafted space costumes. I wore my starry galaxy yoga pants and fit right in! After the yoga class, you are able to jump right into the dance party with a live DJ or take a break with refreshments provided by various sponsors including healthy snacks, juices and crafted coffee.
