All Nippon Airways announced it will extend frequent-flyer benefits to LGBT members. Under the changes, members can share miles with and inherit miles from their partner, and receive all benefits previously only available to heterosexual married couples. The airline is additionally making efforts to re-label multipurpose toilet facilities in its lounges at Haneda (HND), Narita (NRT) and Osaka (ITM) airports. Restroom signage will boast a rainbow tailfin to indicate facilities are open to any person. New employee initiatives support ANA diversity and inclusion policies. A consultation service for LGBT employees is now available, as well as a larger education programme focusing on LGBT issues to provide training for management.
