Royal Caribbean placed an order for a new Quantum-class ship, growing its fleet of Quantum vessels to five. The new order comes on heels of the Anthem of the Seas debut. The cruise line’s most innovative ship sailed into New York Harbor where Cape Liberty Cruise Port becomes her permanent year-round home. The newest New Yorker aims to redefine the cruise experience by offering the most advanced entertainment, adventure and technology to guests.
Unique onboard amenities include the iconic North Star, a glass observation capsule taking guests high above the ocean; RipCord by iFly, the first skydiving experience at sea; and SeaPlex, the largest indoor active space at sea, complete with bumper cars, trapeze school and roller skating.
Anthem of the Seas will sail to The Bahamas, Jamaica, Haiti, Grand Cayman, Mexico, Honduras, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts, Barbados, Martinique and St. Maarten, offering itineraries from seven- to 12-night sailings.
