Blanco tequila, pink grapefruit liqueur, lemon, strawberry syrup. That’s the formula for Cheers To Emily, a limited-time cocktail offering at Langham Place, Fifth Avenue.
The cocktail is a tribute to Emily Easter (1978-2013), a well-regarded New York City-based travel publicist who died Sept. 27 following a four-year battle with breast cancer. Her passing leaves a void only her spirit can fill.
In honor of Emily, Langham Place, Fifth Avenue created Cheers To Emily. Langham Place, Fifth Avenue will donate $1 from the sale of each cocktail to The Pink Daisy Project. A cause that was near and dear to Emily Easter, The Pink Daisy Project provides assistance to young women coping with breast cancer and treatment.
