In 2027, Maybourne opens its newest development in the Parisian quarter of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The Maybourne Saint-Germain brings a palace-style hotel with 101 keys and 23 ultra-luxury branded residences to Paris for the first time.
Set to overlook Rive Gauche, the new hotel will lie in the 17th-century Îlot Saint-Germain. Seven of the residences will be designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon along Rue Saint-Dominque, while the remaining 16 residences will be created by Laura Gonzales on Rue de l’Université.
The hotel will boast 51 guestrooms and 50 suites, all surrounding an inner courtyard. Guests of the property will enjoy access to six food and beverage outlets, including a Japanese restaurant, patisserie, Salon de Thé and more. Maybourne’s new wellness and longevity brand, Surrenne, will also grace the property as one of Paris’ largest luxury spas and health clubs. This wellness space will include immersive health, fitness and beauty experiences, as well as access to a third pool within the property. A stay in the branded residences promises access to two pools.
