Casa Salles, the world’s first “distillery hotel,” invites guests to indulge in luxury, romance and more while surrounded by the natural beauty and buzzing energy of Jalisco, Mexico. The 25-room hotel lies adjacent to El Tequileño’s distillery and features a top-notch spa and restaurant.

Suites feature modern design touches, including a private bar, built-in furniture, smart television, rainfall shower and sliding doors opening to views of Tequila Valley or Mango Grove and the gardens of Casa Salles.
Being a distillery hotel means guests can embark on a tour of El Tequileño to see the process of creating the brand’s range of tequilas. The tour includes a walk through the steps of producing tequila, hearing stories about the founder and sampling the distillery’s different tequilas.

The hotel’s on-site spa, Reposado Spa, offers a variety of treatments, including a hot-stone massage, microdermabrasion facial, decontracting massage and hydrating facial. At Mango Cocina de Origen, Casa Salle’s restaurant, guests can taste dishes celebrating regional Mexican cuisine. Supported by a beautiful bar offering a range of El Tequileño tequila and other cocktails, this eating destination serves breakfast and dinner. Breakfast highlights include Casa Salles eggs benedict, fresh smoothies and smoked salmon bagels. For dinner, start with scallop ceviche or tuna Aguachile, or zucchini blossom and aged-cheese soup. Mains include braised short ribs, grilled octopus, salmon and pork belly. Round out the meal with sweet lime pie, three milks or chocolate mousse.
