This massive property in the heart of Dubai Marina boasts 1,004 guestrooms, 147 suites, 10 dining outlets, a spa and the world’s highest infinity pool — located on the building’s 76th floor.
Located in Flores, Indonesia, this property anticipates an early 2026 debut. The hotel is minutes from Komodo International Airport and boasts 199 guestrooms and suites, as well as three dining venues.
Garner Hotel Istanbul Airport Arnavutkoy
Opening this fall, this property is conveniently located minutes away from iGA Istanbul Airport.
This property in Lima, Peru, will feature 76 guestrooms and suites, and traditional Peruvian cuisine at on-site Nina Restaurant.
Slated for an October 2025 debut, InterContinental Sapporo is housed on the upper floors of a new building in Sapporo Nakajima Park. The property boasts 149 guestrooms and suites, two dining outlets, an indoor pool, and gym.
Monterey, California, welcomes the brand’s first property in Pacific Grove. The new build features 101 guestrooms and six suites.
