In partnership with InterContinental Hong Kong, world-renowned Chef Alain Ducasse debuted an all-new restaurant experience for the iconic hotel.
Rech by Alain Ducasse, located within the former SPOON restaurant space, is the first international location of Paris’ most famous seafood restaurant. In keeping with an authentic French tradition, Alain Ducasse will showcase the finest seasonal fish and oysters with a personal interpretation and modern flair.
Most of the seafood at Rech comes from Europe, sourced in France from small, independent fisheries.
Visit the Hong Kong hotel to enjoy Chef Ducasse’s specialties, including fresh oysters, Grenobloise-style skate, whole pan-seared sole and signature desserts.
Romain Loriot, formerly the sommelier at Rech Paris, relocated to Hong Kong to oversee the wine cellar at the new restaurant, and the curated wine list showcases the country’s diverse wine regions.
Rech by Alain Ducasse features a unique design with signature elements from Rech Paris with inspiration drawn from the sea, and Asian elements including a light and airy décor, natural materials and a serene color palette.
