In a nod to wellness resolutions, Virgin Atlantic has created a virgin cocktail to help passengers stick to their health goals.

A blend of pineapple juice (increases intestinal productivity and rich in Vitamin C), coconut water( known for its cleansing effects), ginger (stimulates digestion and circulation) , agave (high in minerals), mint, (soothes indigestion and inflammation) angostura bitters (stimulates digestion and reduces trapped gasses), egg whites (low-calorie protein) and fresh lemon (breaks down fats and stimulates digestion), the Jumpstart Jetsetter is available to Upper Class passengers traveling through one of the airline’s Clubhouse lounges.

The carrier is also introducing a wellness-inspired Clubhouse menu. Selections include:

• Super-food porridge, made with either water or soya milk and topped with dried cranberries and nuts
• Fresh seasonal fruit salad
• Bamboo-steamed salmon with Asian vegetables and fresh ginger
• Wonton noodle soup, bok choi and bean sprouts
• Char-grilled French bean and spring onion salad
• Traditional green salad
• Soy marinated Ahi tuna loin with udon noodles and dashi broth
