This blog returns once more to my third 5K race of the year, this one in a historic area of Jacksonville. Named the Festival of Lights, this fun event sees neighborhood streets lined with lamplights and candles along the edges, and some runners don festive outfits.

Missing Christmas Lights … Already
It might be mid-January already, but the cold month right after Christmas leaves me missing the lights and festivities of December. Before Christmas I went to a house a short drive from me to see some of the best Christmas lights you’ll ever find in front of someone’s home.
