Round Hill Hotel and Villas, located in Montego Bay, Jamaica, recently welcomed Conroy Thompson to its executive team as Resident Manager. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Thompson has held many positions throughout his career to prepare for this new role.
“We are so excited for Conroy to join our Executive Team at Round Hill,” stated Josef Forstmayr, managing director, Round Hill. “Conroy is an extremely talented individual, with invaluable experience at some of Jamaica’s most prestigious resorts. With the addition of Conroy’s magic touch, we are looking forward to furthering the resort’s success.”
Thompson will oversee all elements of development and training to ensure Round Hill maintains and improves upon its standards, service excellence and quality. In addition to overseeing other operational areas regarding the resort, Thompson will build upon his already exceptional reputation. As the recipient of several prestigious hospitality awards, Thompson will help Round Hill Hotel and Villas to further heighten their own standing in the hospitality field.
