Most Twitter posts mentioning the Transportation Security Administration are negative for nearly every airport in the country, according to a new survey from online trip calculator Travelmath. The report evaluated 7,377 Twitter posts mentioning the TSA during the first four months of 2015 and determined whether the posts were negative, positive or neutral based on the terms used in the tweets. The most common words in TSA posts were “search,” “confiscate,” “grope,” “rude,” “took my,” “delay” and “stole.” The study found that the majority of Twitter posts were negative at almost every major airport in the country, with the most negative Twitter posts aimed at TSA agents at Oakland International Airport. Bob Hope Airport was the only airport in the nation where online tweets about the TSA were mostly positive.
