Bahia Grand Panama Hotel in Panama City and owned by Ithaca Capital receives new life as a JW Marriott hotel. It is currently operating as an independent property, but agreements made last week outline Marriott International’s future long-term management of the hotel.
“We are thrilled that our hotel will operate as a JW Marriott and we believe that this partnership, together with a talented team and spectacular hotel amenities, will be a success. We look forward to welcoming new and returning guests to this iconic property,” said Orestes Fintiklis, managing partner, Ithaca Capital.
The hotel space is within a 932-foot building in the Punta Pacifica neighborhood, near banking and entertainment areas. Guests enjoy a relaxing atmosphere along with a convenient location. Across the property, guests find three restaurants, a bar, an expansive pool deck and conference facilities. The guestrooms are the largest in the city, many with ocean views.
