The Luxury Collection debuted in Armenia last week with its first hotel in the country, The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan. The property is the country’s first internationally branded luxury hotel.

The hotel in the capital city is just a few steps from Republic Square, as well as other historic sights. The 114 guestrooms and suites, many with private balconies, blend Armenian heritage and contemporary design. The presidential suite offers 1,700 square feet across a private floor. The property includes a spa, fitness center, salon and the first indoor pool in Yerevan.

Italiano Ristorante is the top-floor culinary destination, serving modern Italian cuisine alongside cocktails and local wine. The Keys Aficionado’s Private Club is a sophisticated bar and wine cellar. Two other on-site dining options offer small bites, tea, coffee and pastries.
