Kempinski Group announced Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, marking Kempinski Group’s first branded residential project in the United States.
With the help of DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC, a Miami-based real estate development firm, Kempinski brings its 150-year legacy of luxury hospitality to Miami’s Design District. Other companies involved in the project include Arquitectonica for design, Rockwell Group for interiors and Enea for landscape architecture.
Located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, Kempinski Residences Miami Design District will have two 20-story towers with 132 private residences, 17 guest suites and six townhomes. Residences can select from two- to four-bedrooms with spacious living areas and expansive terraces with views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.
Residences will have access to both towers, connected by an elevated third-floor amenity bridge. On-site wellness options will include a fitness center, a spa, recovery zones, lap pool, cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, and outdoor training areas. A restaurant, dining salons, a library, game lounges, movie room, golf simulator, Formula 1 simulator, children’s playrooms, splash pads, play areas and a padel court are also slated to grace the property.
“Bringing Kempinski’s first U.S. branded residences to Miami is a significant moment,” said Joseph Da Grosa, founder and chairman, Da Grosa Capital Development Partners LLC. “The Design District has become a globally-recognized cultural and culinary destination where art, design and high-end luxury retail experiences converge. With luxury residences across the world, Kempinski’s reputation is built on bringing their unique flair for the art of fine living, rooted in heritage, luxury, and service excellence to similar developments. That alignment is what makes this project credible and enduring.”

Mar 13, 2026Revive and Relax at Finisterra Spa at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort
Most visitors remember Portugal’s Algarve for its 100-plus miles of golden, sun-drenched beaches. Neither I nor my husband, Tim, had been fans of spas before that trip, but Finisterra made us believers.

Four days into our weeklong voyage around the Galápagos Islands, my brother and I stepped onto Bartolomé Island. The shells of Sally Lightfoot crabs looked like red diamonds bursting through the dark, volcanic rock. Turquoise water stood in shocking contrast.
