Halcyon Opens In Denver’s Cherry Creek District

Newly opened at the site of a former post office building in Denver’s swish Cherry Creek neighborhood, Halcyon hotel brings 154 sophisticated rooms that celebrate Colorado’s Western setting into the heart of the city’s dynamic upscale shopping district. Part of the Sage Hospitality portfolio, Halcyon offers kitschy room amenities that include turntables with a curated vinyl collection, while the first-floor Gear Garage provides guests with fishing gear, day packs, binoculars, sport accessories and even long boards to enjoy during their stay. Each floor of the hotel boasts a Vivreau dispenser providing both still and sparkling water. There’s also courtesy transportation in the Range Rover house car; a rooftop pool and bar; fitness center; in-room Nespresso machines; Enseo in-room entertainment including Hulu Plus, Netflix, Crackle and Pandora; high-speed WiFi; and 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space. Windstar Cruises Cancels Asia Sailings, Adds Tahiti Sailings

Windstar Cruises canceled its scheduled cruises in Asia for the fall of 2022 as uncertainty remains in regards to ports reopening in the region. The cancellation affects seven scheduled Windstar Cruises itineraries on Star Breeze. Other itineraries affected include a crossing of the Pacific from Alaska to Japan, two Grand Japan sailings; Island Hopping through Japan; Windstar Crew Hometowns: Philippines and Indonesia; Hidden Indonesia & the Great Barrier Reef; and Edge of the Outback.
