The national airline of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Gulf Air, recently announced a new route to the Maldives and the arrival of its third Airbus A320neo.
Gulf Air will operate five flights weekly between Bahrain International Airport and Valena International Airport in Malé. The new aircraft is part of Gulf Air’s strategy of renovating and redeveloping its fleet. It will receive 12 Airbus A320neo aircraft by 2023.
The Airbus A320neo features the widest single-aisle cabin available, is eco-friendly and is overall the most advanced and fuel-efficient craft in the A320 family.
