Grand Hyatt opened its first U.S. mountain resort and its second Grand Hyatt hotel in Colorado with the new Grand Hyatt Vail. The ski-in, ski-out property offers nearly 300 guestrooms. Guests enjoy access to a dedicated resort ski lift.
The property was completely refurbished and renovated ahead of its opening with a design reflecting the surrounding region and its history. The result is a modern ski lodge look, with subdued patterns and wood, stone and leather accents. Local artwork honors the Southern Ute Native American tribe.
In addition to the available guestrooms, the property also offers the Vail Residences at Cascade Village, with 84 rental homes and condominiums.
Three on-site dining options include Gessner, a signature, three-meal eatery with an award-winning wine program; Fireside Lounges for floor-to-ceiling views and a hot chocolate bar; and The Market, for to-go meals and snacks.
The Spa at the Grand Hyatt Vail provides a range of treatments, a retail boutique and full-service salon. The property also boasts a creek-side infinity pool, hot tubs, fire pits and the largest fitness facility in Vail.
