Later this year, Grand Cayman welcomes its first landmark luxury resort and residential destination. ONE | GT will open in the heart of George Town and is set to be Grand Cayman’s tallest building at 144 feet. The hotel will also join Small Luxury Hotels of the World’s portfolio, further elevating its international presence ahead of its debut.

And as part of SLH’s strategic partnership with Hilton, ONE | GT will be integrated into Hilton’s global booking channels upon opening, gaining access to more than 180 million Hilton Honors members and reinforcing Grand Cayman’s standing on the international luxury travel map.

ONE | GT will feature 95 suites and 82 luxury residences, many slated for occupancy before its grand opening. The 11-story building will also include a rooftop level, two resort-style pools, an on-site café, three signature restaurants and an exclusive parking space ownership program.

Please enjoy the Wave Issue, our cruising special for the first half of 2026. Cruising is booming, and travelers cannot get enough of it. I just returned from a fantastic trip on Regent Seven Seas Mariner with a group of Globility Board members and other Global Traveler subscribers. We departed from İstanbul and made our way through the Dardanelles Strait, connecting the Sea of Marmara to the Aegean. From there we entered the Mediterranean. The ship made interesting stops in Greece, Montenegro and Croatia before docking in Trieste. Please read my GT Tested review of Seven Seas Mariner in this issue.
