Discover ultimate luxury and seclusion in the new one-of-a-kind three-bedroom beach pool residence at Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas on the Baa Atoll. Nestled in a green cocoon of island lushness, the residence is designed to host fantasy-filled holiday escape in a private sanctuary for families and intimate groups.
Upon arrival on Kihavah Huravalhi, one of the most pristine Maldivian islands, after an unforgettable seaplane ride, guests of the residence are greeted at the jetty and escorted along a white-sand path through dense tropical jungle past the chef’s herb garden to the residence’s private entrance.
Inside the 11,000-square-foot space, guests discover elegant furniture and accents from Thailand, Morocco and India. Daybeds float over the infinity-edge pool and palms rise through the sprawling wooden deck. Additional features include the spa sala, where guests can receive Anantara signature treatments; a 55-inch, 3D LED television with a Bose home theater system and a humidor; oversized king beds in each of the three bedrooms; and 24-hour service from a personal villa host.
“The Three Bedroom Beach Pool Residence caters to guests who dream big,” said Jean-Marc Ma-Poon, general manager, Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas. “We’re addressing the growing demand for larger accommodation.”
The three-bedroom beach pool residence is the crown jewel of Anantara Kivavah Villas, which also boasts 79 private pool sanctuaries either poised over water with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean or nestled along a stretch of private beach.

Apr 17, 2024Amansara Review
It was more than a car journey; it was a transition between worlds. At our first hotel in Siem Reap, huge coaches constantly pulled up outside the lobby to deposit or receive international tour groups; we departed in very different style, in a 1965 black Mercedes limousine once owned by King Sihanouk. The mundanities of mass tourism were left behind. We progressed through the chaotic Cambodian streets in regal comfort and soon arrived at a solid gate.
