A new Southwest contest gives travelers the chance to win up to 12 round-trip flights or 24 one-way flights.
The competition is simple. To qualify, you must be over 21 years of age and have at least 2,500 Instagram followers. Contestants must follow @southwestair on Instagram and then post a photo and caption that includes @southwestair, with #SouthwestStorytellers and #Contest. The caption should include a compelling travel story. The initial portion of the contest is open through Feb. 24.
Southwest then chooses 100 posts as finalists; those contestants must fill out a survey about their social influence and Southwest affinity. The 100 contestants are narrowed down to 10, who submit a portfolio based on a creative brief. The winner is then chosen. Winners are announced April 15.
