United MileagePlus members can now instantly earn 500 bonus MileagePlus award miles, plus an additional 500 award miles up to five times, for a total of 3,000 possible bonus miles. Members who join MileagePlus Dining will instantly receive their first 500 bonus miles just for joining. After signing up, members can earn 500 bonus miles per eligible restaurant visit with a cost of $25 or more, up to five visits. This offer is only available to United MileagePlus members who do not currently have a MileagePlus Dining profile. In order to qualify, members must create a profile and web log-in before March 30, as well as sign up to receive emails from MileagePlus Dining. Other online and VIP-level requirements may apply. Only restaurant visits completed by May 1 will qualify.
