Celebrate Irish Heritage Month at The Doyle Collection’s The Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C. An Irish family-owned luxury hotel group, The Doyle Collection owns eight landmark properties across Dublin, Cork, Bristol and London and now wants to bring more of its Irish heritage to The Dupont Circle in the United States.

The Dupont Circle will offer an array of special items and features throughout the month of March. Upon check-in, guests are first treated with Irish whiskey and shortbread.

At The Pembroke, the hotel’s on-site restaurant, guests can choose from a menu of Irish specialties alongside the restaurant’s regular menu. Some of the Irish dishes will include braised Hereford beef in Guinness with herb dumplings; Cashel blue cheese with honey and walnut soda bread; and Five Farms’ affogato with Irish butter shortbread. The restaurant will also serve a full Irish breakfast daily.

Throughout March, The Doyle Bar will serve Irish whiskey tasting flights, including hard-to-find whiskeys like Greenspot and Midelton Very Rare. Whiskey flights will be served on top of an Irish map for curious guests wanting to learn more about the geography of Ireland. Guests can enjoy their whiskey with Guinness and oysters or a cup of Irish coffee. The bar will also offer guests its Irish Wine Geese menu with wines from around the world like Chardonnay from Napa and Pinot Noir from Chile.

At night, guests in their rooms and suites can turn down with a few lines of poetry from famous Irish poets like William Butler Yeats and Seamus Heaney. Rates start at $325 in March.
