Wild luxury is the theme at Bushtops Mara Spa in Kenya, holders of the 2015 World Luxury Safari Spa Award. For serenity, lounge on a bed fitted with water jets within the heated infinity pool. The pool sparkles from within at night beneath the moon, thanks to an array of tiny embedded lights in the bottom. Signature treatments include the Kurhula Ritual, with a full body massage — including the face and scalp — with rich coconut oil; and The Jewel of Africa, incorporating the energizing properties of crystals and warm oils to reduce muscle tension and alleviate jet lag.
