There is so much to do in Santa Barbara, whether you’re into the ultra-luxury resort getaway, winetasting, getting into nature or spending time by the beach. For me, it’s about the food, but you probably would’ve guessed that already!

I had a recent adventure to Santa Barbara, just a quick daytrip. It’s so easy to make your time there whatever you want it to be. We made the most relaxing time of it by finding ourselves some spa time at the famous Salt Cave Santa Barbara. They bring you the ultimate relaxation with everything Himalayan salt. Highly recommended.
We stayed away from the beaches and explored the beautiful parks and monuments with a lovely walk around the Old Mission in Santa Barbara. This is such a beautiful trip into the early days of Santa Barbara when the missionaries were just arriving.

Santa Barbara has some of the best Mexican food in California. We decided to pay a visit to Corazon Cocina at Santa Barbara Public Market. We went with a tasting of the menu, so we picked one item from every part of their menu: a ceviche (so refreshing on a hot day) and a few pickings of their tacos. You will enjoy yourself!
