Hilton recently announced the signing of Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences. Expected to debut in 2028, the ski-in, ski-out resort will be located within Deer Valley East Village, the first major public alpine ski resort developed in North America in more than 40 years.

Adjacent to Deer Valley’s newly established longest ski run, the Green Monster, Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences will feature 132 guestrooms and 105 one- to six-bedroom branded residences available for purchase, and ski-in, ski-out access with unobstructed views of Bald Mountain, Hail Peak, Park Peak and beyond.

The property will also offer on-site amenities for hotel guests and residents including a 15,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art spa with treatment rooms, thermal features and a snow room; fitness centers; ski valet and concierge services; a golf simulator; a kids’ room; a residents’ pool deck along the Green Monster; an indoor lap pool; a one-of-a-kind outdoor pool and hot tub cantilevered over the ski run below; numerous restaurants, bars and lounges, including Waldorf Astoria’s signature Peacock Alley; and 11,300 square feet of meeting and event space. Construction commenced May 2025.

Situated just 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, Deer Valley East Village community features hotels, private residences, up to 250,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, a ski beach, and an array of winter and summer amenities.
