When she was 16, singer Tiffany traveled the United States on her nationwide tour of shopping malls. It was a unique way to gain exposure, but it also ignited Tiffany’s interest in travel. Now Tiffany is combining her love of music and cooking while traveling the world.

While a young teenager, Tiffany started singing professionally. By her late teens she had two number-one hits and several others reaching the charts. With a career spanning almost 40 years, Tiffany has performed in nearly every state and many countries.

In 2020 Tiffany started Let’s Food with Tiffany, a cooking club, and began hosting takeovers of restaurants across the country. These events gave a glimpse into her culinary heritage while including area favorites. She released her first cookbook, Breakfast with Tiffany. Recently, Tiffany teamed with chef Alicia Shevetone for Pop Life, a cookbook sharing tales of her travels along with recipes, set for a spring 2026 release.

In our interview Tiffany discussed the mall tour opening her eyes to travel and people from all areas. It gave her a better understanding of people, which would help her as her career developed.

She talked about the differences in food culture and tastes around the world and how she gained knowledge and recipes during her restaurant takeovers. Like most of my other interview guests, Tiffany also mentioned using music and dining tours to visit cities on her wish list.

She is very excited about her upcoming book showcasing her love of travel. It promises to have stories, pictures and recipes from all over the world.

I met Tiffany several years ago at a celebrity convention and more recently when she performed near Chicago. I will see her again next week when she appears at Des Plaines Theatre near me.
