I am blogging today after a successful Motivation Show in Chicago. This is my first time visiting Chicago, and I couldn’t think of a better way to experience this unique city than while having the privilege of staying at the well-known Ritz-Carlton. The Ritz promises a classic, luxurious style fit for the business or leisure traveler. I had the pleasure of meeting with the general manager, Michele Grusso, of the Ritz’s Chicago property; and over coffee we agreed on the importance of business and leisure travelers in five-star hotels. In a city such as Chicago where business thrives, it is the combination of business and leisure travelers that allows a property of such high caliber to exist and profit. At the Ritz, one is ensured the luxury and comfort for leisure along with the prime location and solitude for the business traveler. And at the Ritz, one cannot deny the premium service. I can attest that my stay at the Ritz was most comfortable and enjoyable.
