Demonstrating its commitment to environmental stewardship, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, Fairmont Newport Beach and Fairmont Scottsdale Princess are pouring Trinity Oaks California Cabernet. The regionally sourced product promises to plant one tree for every bottle sold. Since its inception in 2011, the featured Trinity Oaks wine has helped plant more than 40,000 trees.

Like our hotels, the winery has been awarded numerous Green Business accolades and continually strives to minimize their carbon footprint,” said Thomas Klein, regional vice president and general manager, Fairmont. “ We are proud to showcase a wine that insists upon implementing sustainable farming practices and incorporates organic and biodynamic practices wherever possible.”
