InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel recently introduced an exciting lineup of summer offerings, bringing a renewed energy to the Midtown landmark through special deals, seasonal programming and immersive experiences.
Journey to 100 is a year-long celebration in honor of the hotel’s 2026 centennial. InterContinental New York Barclay celebrates its storied history through curated programming inspired by each decade of the hotel’s legacy. The main focus of the programming is The Parlour’s Through the Decades series, featuring a rotating menu with options inspired by the iconic era. For example, the 1960s menu is an Uptown Glam & Jet Set Culture theme, paying homage to the sophistication of the decade with elevated interpretations of classic dishes. Breakfast includes cottage cheese with fresh fruit and eggs Benedict, while lunch and dinner options include poached pike Quenelles and NY strip au poivre. Dinner concludes with a signature Barclay Centennial Cake and a Manhattan cocktail to reflect the polished spirit of 1960s New York.
The Barclay Birdie offer is perfect for golf lovers. The deal features a city-centric take on the traditional golf getaway through a partnership with Five Iron Golf. Guests are invited to refine their swing or play a round for fun through an immersive indoor golf experience. Additionally, guests enjoy upgraded accommodations in a premier guestroom, a 60-minute private simulator session at Five Iron Golf, a golf-themed welcome amenity, a handcrafted cocktail at The Parlour and late check-out based on availability.
Garden to Glass at The Parlour
Garden to Glass highlights the hotel’s rooftop garden and resident bees with signature cocktails featuring fresh herbs and house-made Barclay honey. Featured cocktails like the Rooftop Margarita Verde, Barclay Botanist, Garden Smoke and Centennial Garden Spritz all have harvested ingredients from the rooftop garden.
