The Naïa Experience’s dining options combine Central American culinary traditions with healthy vegetarian dishes at 1981 Restaurant and the Naïa Beach Bar & Grill, including chilled pumpkin and coconut soup; quinoa salad; eggplant and coconut red curry; sweet potato feijoada and a watermelon taster.
