Shoppers rejoice, as some of the best local retailers, restaurants and personal services in Los Angeles are set to open at The Village at Westfield Topanga in fall 2015.

Already home to a robust retail offering in the Valley, including luxury companies such as Neiman Marcus, Cartier, Gucci and Nordstrom, Westfield Topanga will soon offer visitors easy access to the open-air Village. Landscaped with mature California sycamores, olive trees and California native plants, The Village will feature more than 15 eateries for fine alfresco dining and several of the hottest local retailers in the city.

“Westfield Topanga is already one of Los Angeles’s strongest shopping destinations with everything from Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Target to Urban Outfitters and Free People. With The Village we want to complement that offering and provide a location that would draw from LA’s hip street retail to give our shoppers a destination like no other. The blend of world class shopping with high end home furnishings, celebrity driven retail concepts, restaurants and select personal services has never really existed before,” said Larry Green, senior vice president of development, Westfield.

In addition to retail venues, the space will offer a number of fitness, lifestyle and health options, including Yoga Works, Flywheel, Karina Smirnoff Dance Studio, UCLA Health and a 24-hour Fitness Super-Sport.

Upon opening, The Village, combined with world-class Westfield Topanga and the adjacent Promenade, will be home to more than 300 tenants. An anticipated 20 million annual visits are expected in excess of $1.3 billion in annual sales, making the area one of the top retail districts in the United States.
