The Surrey Hotel offers a new luxury treat to passersby. Through Dec. 16, you’ll find the new Parisian Hot Cocoa Cart located outside the hotel, thanks to a partnership between The Surrey and La Maison du Chocolat.
The cart serves the brand’s signature hot chocolate five days a week, Wednesday–Sunday, 10 am.–1 p.m. The cart then moves to La Maison du Chocolat’s Madison Avenue boutique, where it serves hot chocolate 2–5 p.m.
The hot chocolate is $8.50 per cup, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with dark chocolate powder on request.
In honor of the new offering, a new chocolate-themed presidential suite experience is available. Starting at $100,000 for three nights, it includes a private chocolate ganache class with a master chef flown in from Paris, nightly turndown service with the hot cocoa cart relocated to guests’ room, daily amenities of seasonal gifts, extensive holiday decor and the assistance of a private shopper.
