Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will soon expand its presence in North America with Rosewood Calistoga and Rosewood Residences Calistoga in California’s Napa Valley. Slated to open in 2027, this upscale property will occupy 118 acres of a hillside estate.

Across the property’s 129 guestrooms, suites and residences, understated forms will follow the natural landscape, as well as echo textures of the region’s forested ridgeline. Rosewood Calistoga will center around growers, artisans, residents and guests. The resort’s culinary outlets will implement local provenance and ingredients freshly harvested each morning from the on-site gardens, as well as from farms and wineries across the region.

The new Rosewood hotel will also boast a signature restaurant championing an earth-to-table approach with an ever-evolving menu; an intimate cocktail bar with a masterful mixology and wine program; a poolside eatery offering relaxed dining with vineyard views; and immersive experiences such as cooking workshops, starlit dinners and more.

Asaya, Rosewood’s integrative wellness concept, will also grace the property, complete with six treatment rooms, an outdoor garden, hydrotherapy experiences and a fitness center. Other amenities on site will include two pools (one for adults), a Rosewood Explorer’s children’s club, and more than 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.

Residences Calistoga will also be available. Customers can select from 20 private villas and 13 homesites, all surrounded by forest and vine. Owners will enjoy access to signature Rosewood amenities, including Asaya, curated culinary offerings and exclusive privileges through the Rosewood Reserve program.
