Nobu Hospitality prepares to make its Maldivian debut with the opening of a new hotel, restaurant and collection of residences in Laamu Atoll on the private island of Munyafushi. The resort will feature 26 one- and two-bedroom beach villas and 30 one- and two-bedroom overwater villas.

The hotel will also include the ultra-limited offering of just 10 Nobu Island Estate Residences, each positioned on its own private island. Each estate residence will boast luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, pavilion-style living and dining areas, private beachfronts with direct ocean access, its own private yacht, and more.

At the center of the property will be a Nobu restaurant set on its own private island, complete with a bar and lounge. Other amenities include a full-service spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, diving center, tennis courts, event spaces and main swimming pool.
