Florida’s iconic The Don CeSar, also known as the Pink Palace, unveiled its multimillion-dollar, three-year renovation. The renovation enhanced and expanded the property.
In 2018, Florida-based design studio Edge of Architecture refreshed the property’s meeting spaces, guest corridors, exteriors and the 71-room, all-suite Beach House Suites by The Don CeSar. In 2019, Boston-based Parker-Torres Design transformed The Don Boutiques retail, The Lobby Bar, Uncle Andy’s Market and Maritana, the fine-dining restaurant. The final phase, unveiled in January, updated the 277 guestrooms and suites; a new pool bar with a rooftop deck, Beacon Pool Bar & Lookout; a full-service restaurant, Society Table; and a restoration of the front drive.
