Hyatt Regency Minneapolis now offers a kosher kitchen with a separate on-site banquet kitchen and full kosher menu. Led by Executive Chef Aaron Hagerdorn, who upholds Orthodox standards when developing kosher cuisine, the menu offers a variety of dishes including a Mediterranean station complete with assorted olives, flat breads, and house-made hummus, and classic desserts like babkas and rugelechs. The Minneapolis hotel’s extensive kosher menu is available upon prior request for groups or individual guests. Custom menus are also available upon request.

The kosher kitchen contains all stainless steel appliances and two sets of small kitchen equipment and utensils such as blenders, food processers, pots and pans, enabling the hotel to accommodate both meat and dairy kosher meals. The equipment and the kitchen were blessed by Rabbi Shimon Perez of the Kehila Kashruth of Minnesota.
