Ambassador Chicago joins Hyatt’s Joie de Vivre Hotels collection, a group of boutique properties known for unique stay experiences and inspiring locations. Ambassador Chicago is one of the Windy City’s first boutique hotels, located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
As it transitions to a member of the Joie de Vivre Hotels collection, the hotel plans multiple upgrades. The nearly 300 guestrooms receive new amenities, including new in-room entertainment options, and public spaces receive a face lift. The property will retain its two eateries: The Library, which offers coffee by day and cocktails by night, and Food Gallery, serving modern American fare. The hotel also retains its 17th-floor outdoor terrace and screening room.
