This December, Crystal Cruises offers two special sailings dedicated to wellness, both taking place aboard Crystal Symphony. Set to embark Dec. 1 and 14, the two itineraries sail from either Barcelona or Tema, Ghana. Both sailings feature activities created in collaboration with registered sports experts, yoga and meditation professionals, scientists, nutritionists, and authors.
Experiences and programming focus on healthy aging, functional nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing, and body and mind detox. Rich and indulgent plant-based dishes specifically curated by Crystal’s culinary team will feature on these journeys, with guests having the option to follow daily meal planning for personal training, fitness classes, yoga and meditation workshops, fat mass reduction, pickleball clinic, dance classes, and lectures from keynote speakers.
Health-driven and immersive excursions include golf matches, hikes, kayaking, cooking classes, aloe vera workshops and more.
The Dec. 1 trip ventures to Gibraltar, Morocco, the Canary Islands and Cabo Verde, while the Dec. 14 itinerary heads to Cape Town with a stop in Namibia. In-suite herbal tea and fresh vegetable smoothies, and tailored beauty and health services at Aurōra Spa are available.
