In the Czech countryside on the edge of St. George’s Forest about an hour from Prague is a beautifully renovated baroque castle called Chateau Mcely. Now a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the hotel — and its wellness programs — was the inspiration of owners James and Inez Cusumano.
