Dallas Marriott Las Colinas completed the first phase of a multimillion dollar renovation.

The first phase included renovations of all guestrooms in a style reminiscent of rustic Texan heritage, with wood, stone, leather and wrought iron accents. All 364 guestrooms and three presidential suites were renovated in this style. Also included were several hospitality and parlor suites and the Concierge Lounge on the 15th floor, which offers exclusive access to concierge services, dining and evening cocktails.

The second phase of the renovations includes lobby and meeting spaces. The new lobby, expected to debut later this year, provides a seamless check-in experience with views of Lake Carolyn. The hotel’s meeting spaces include 27,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor space, with event rooms, boardrooms, a ballroom and pre-function space.

The Greatroom, on the lobby level, receives new life as a social hub and dining area, with a bar and private dining room. The dining room doubles as a boardroom.

Throughout social spaces, new touches offer convenient amenities for guests, such as ample plug-ins and outlets.
